LONDON HOTELS – Enjoy a home from home feeling in stunning settings at Hart Shoreditch Hotel London

Both the newcomer and the native can agree that time spent exploring the Shoreditch neighbourhood of London is time well spent. From hosting the Columbia Flower Road Market on Sundays, to hosting concerts at Village Underground, Shoreditch has a variety of activities that are enjoyable for anybody and everybody. Even Taylor Swift stated in her 2019 hit song, “London Boy,” that she loves spending afternoons in Shoreditch too.

Both the newcomer and the native can agree that time spent exploring the Shoreditch neighbourhood of London is time well spent.

In the heart of Shoreditch, located a short walk from multiple London Underground stations, is the Hart Shoreditch Hotel London. The beautiful use of greenery as decor in this hotel’s lobby seems to perfectly symbolize that similarly to the neighborhood, this hotel is full of life. Every aspect of the Hart’s atmosphere is inviting and warm, thus making it an excellent choice for anyone who is looking to holiday in the art-filled streets of Shoreditch.

The Mostrador Bar, located inside the Hart, is a hidden gem if you are looking to grab a drink in an area known for having vibrant nightlife. Mostrador Bar seamlessly combines intimacy, by being just out of the reach of large crowds, and entertainment, by hiring a dj on the weekends. Along with an impressive list of spirits, the bar also serves delicious food; however, if you prefer to dine at a table, the Mostrador restaurant is right around the corner.

Dining at Mostrador was further proved that this hotel is first class. The staff is full of incredible servers like Ken, who was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we had an impeccable dining experience. Aside from the helpful staff, the restaurant is a foodie’s paradise. While the menu is full of intricate dishes inspired by Latin American influence, the Grilled Poussin Diablo deserves the highest of praise. The tenderness of the dish made it easy to leave behind an empty plate at the end of the meal, and I have been craving it ever since I tried it.

While I will only speak highly of Mostrador’s atmosphere, you will still be dining lavishly if you choose to order room service. Each room in the Hart Shoreditch pays such close attention to detail, from the rose-gold detailing along the bedframes to the rich choice of fabrics for the curtains. The beds are spacious and soft, and the King Junior Suite also has a loveseat, providing even more room to spread out and relax. The contrasting cool tiles in the bathroom with the warm, soft-to-the-touch robes adds another layer of luxury as well. It is impossible to not feel at home, regardless of your room choice.

While everyone dreads a departure, Hart ensures that you do not leave on an empty stomach. Mostrador opens as early as 7am and hosts an excellent buffet with a variety of hot and cold options that are allergy friendly. Once again, the restaurant knows how to create a foodie’s paradise.

To put it simply, the Hart Shoreditch does an incredible job of making you feel at home from the moment you step foot in the lobby. I could not recommend staying here more.
