It’s been a long time coming but the return on ITV of Celebrity Big Brother has got tongues wagging and pulses racing with anticipation.

Due to air in March this year, names such as WAG Rebekah Vardy are amongst some of the people rumoured to be in this year’s line up.

And there are some unexpected faces joining her on the rumour mill as potential housemates for the all-star cast.

Londoner Danny Bear is an entrepreneur and actor, known for being the older brother of reality star Stephen Bear. But with several movies under his belt and a recent signing of a couple of huge films to be filmed later this year, Danny has established himself in his own right away from the ongoing headlines around his brother.

As a deep thinking, dynamic, natural leader – Danny’s presence in the CBB house would most certainly be known by all.

A source close to Danny Bear said, ‘Danny’s been doing back-to-back acting roles all of last year and had no time to consider anything else but just recently, he was approached by some high-profile execs about the prospect of joining this year’s new Celebrity Big Brother. Danny hasn’t really considered reality TV to be his world but with so much coming up for him in 2024, he knows it could be a great way to start the year off with a bang.’

‘Danny has a very close and supportive family – it would be a positive step for them all to have Danny represent them in the house and certainly make them proud. Danny is smart, outspoken and a real typical alpha male who would make a bold leader in any group. CBB has always opted for a Hollywood name or two – and Danny’s recent links to some big new films just seem to make him a perfect choice.’

‘Danny hasn’t been in touch with Stephen in prison – but Danny knows that he is settled now after a bumpy start to his sentence and that he’s keeping his head down accordingly before coming out shortly.’
