Event: Cartoonito’s Living Colouring Book

Date: Sunday 13th May 2018

Time: 2.30pm – 4.00pm

Location: Gallery Different, 14 Percy Street, Fitzrovia London, W1T 1DR

PRESCHOOL TV channel Cartoonito is set to unveil the world’s first living colouring book in London this May. Turning the real world into a canvas, the one-off pop up will be an opportunity for children aged three to six (and their grown-ups) to unleash their creativity and transform the black and white line drawn ‘clubhouse’ – compete with giant cartoon style 3D props – into a vibrant and colourful masterpiece.

The immersive experience marks the launch of the channel’s new Cartoonito Club, an online hub where everyone is invited to explore their creative side. The Cartoonito Club is an engaging resource for children, specifically designed to stimulate kids’ inner creativity, spark their imaginations and bring some more colour into their lives.

In addition to the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be allowed to run wild and colour the world – the wallpaper, the furniture and more – there’ll be a ‘creativity corner’ for little ones with face painting and more colourful activities.

Sean Gorman, Programming Director of Kids’ Channels UK, Turner, says: “Home to a host of family-favourite shows, from Fireman Sam to Daisy and Ollie and Masha and the Bear, Cartoonito and its characters bring colour and fun into the home every day.  We’re excited to launch an immersive ‘Cartoonito Club’ experience that allows our young audiences to interact with our shows and characters in a whole new way. This colouring book event is not just a fun day out for the family, but lets children colour ‘outside the lines’ and tap into their creative potential.”

Families can access tons of creative activities and resources by visiting the “Cartoonito Club” website: and enjoy all their favourite shows and characters by tuning in daily to Cartoonito.
