BEAUTY – Get rid of stubborn fat without breaking the bank at the LONDON BODY CENTRE
We are big fans of the London Body Centre and have had excellent results with their treatments, including the HIFU! This time we wanted a little help with reducing some annoying fat, in this case back fat which always seems hard to get rid of, especially when you are over 40!
The centre offers a range of services to help with this including fat dissolving injects and non-surgical lipo, we plumped for the latter.
The non-surgical lipo is pain free and excellent value for money at only £149 for 12 treatments. On arrival to the centre you are always greeted by a smiley face and beautiful décor, the centre has a lovely relaxing feeling and you always feel in great hands when you visit.
Laser Lipolysis, commonly known as ‘laser lipo’, is a liposculpture procedure for the removal of stubborn pockets of fat such as saddlebags, love handles and double chins. It can effectively reduce areas of fat resistant to diet or exercise with fewer side effects than traditional procedures such as liposuction.
The procedure uses a laser to successfully ‘melt’ unwanted fat on the face and body, and then either allows to body to metabolise the melted fat or uses ‘aspiration’, a form of suction that permits the practitioner to remove greater quantities of fat.
The procedure is very simple, they place the laser machine on the desired area such as the back fat, under arm, muffin top etc. and apply the treatment for 30 minutes. You don’t feel a thing and can relax for 30 minutes as the treatment works its magic. To get the best results book a session of 12, I noticed a difference within the first few sessions.
