HEALTH & FITNESS – Spend more time with you family with Total Diet Food

So when I was told about Total Diet Food I was instantly sold on the idea of crossing one pretty important major daily task off my list.  The only time I have come into contact with a delivery calorie controlled diet plan was looking on from afar as one of my colleagues opened her lunch at her desk each day to see what pre-prepared lunch goodness had arrived only to see her face fall time and time again as we would march out of the office in search of real food and relay back to on return what we had had for lunch.  The thought always occurred to me if that was what lunch was like how miserable would dinner be.  ANYWAY Total Diet Foods is a total game changer…

After having a in-depth chat with the guys after signing up they basically got from me what I needed and wanted nutritionally along with likes and dislikes.  After losing baby weight quite quickly mostly due to being too lazy to cook I was more interested in getting all my nutritional needs met that come with breast feeding and in turn passing on to baby.

The food is delivered daily, I live in a rather bustling part of Zone 1 and unfortunately did not have anywhere for the food to be safely left in the early hours however this was no problem for the team who arranged to have the food delivered at a slightly different time..  I would wake up to have a bag brought to my front door with breakfast, lunch and dinner all ready to go and delicious healthy snacks for those mid morning and afternoon pick me ups.  Now I have to say opening the chilled bag on the first morning was an absolute delight and it only got better.  We are not talking the usual pre prepared slop that one would expect, the food was crisp, fresh, delicious and basically of a standard that I would never be able to prepare myself.  So much so that babies daddy offered me money to take the Coconut King Prawns off my hands for dinner one particular night.

Now Im not going to lie it did feel very indulgent not cooking or even having to think about it…  but when you work out how much time in your day goes to thinking about food, walking numbly down super market aisles looking for inspiration and then cooking that disappointing meal for one that contains zero nutrients this is a bit of a no brainer. Especially to the money rich, time poor workaholics or the frazzled new Mums.  In fact if anybody asked me now what I would like for my baby shower looking back I would 100% say this!!  Forget the designer baby clothes or luxury treatments..  This makes the perfect gift to anyone that is a little run down for what ever they have going on in their life.  Eating well not only increases your energy levels and health but having someone else take the hard work out of it for you gives you more time to do what makes you happy and if your thinking well what about my social life or weekends away etc,  this 5 day plan allows you to have what ever you want on the side without completely falling off the wagon. Where do I sign up I hear you ask?
