The 2014 Winners of Stephen Handisides MyFaceMyBody Awards announced!

The winners of the prestigious MyFaceMyBody Awards are announced during a celebrity packed ceremony at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington, London. Celebrities in attendance were Twilight’s Judi Shekoni, BAFTA nominated actress Kierston Wareing, Eastenders and Broadchurch star Tanya Franks, actor Akie Kotabe, TV presenter Anna Williamson, X Factor’s Chloe Jasmine, Stephanie Nala, Charlie Brown and Blonde Electra. Embarrassing Bodies Dr Dawn Harper, Honeyz Star Celena Cherry, TOWIE’s Grace Andrews, Hollywood stuntman Bobby Holland Hanton, Magician Jasz Vegas and Britain’s Got Talent’s Ashleigh Butler also added to the glamour of the prestigious event.

The MyFaceMyBody Awards are the only aesthetic beauty awards, which give consumers a voice in who their favourite brands, products and services are. This year a team of international judges were also involved in drawing up the final shortlist in the 22 categories covering the aesthetic, dental and media industry.

Stephen Handisides, who created the awards, said: “After the huge success of last year’s awards we hoped that the standard of entries would be as good as last year; we were therefore overjoyed when so many outstanding brands, companies and personalities took part.

“This meant competition was fierce and the judges really did agonise over their decisions. It was a struggle to create a shortlist for consumers to vote on and I expect everyone to be sat on the edge of their seat at the ceremony as they wait to hear the winners unveiled.”

The MyFaceMyBody Awards have been designed to recognise and reward brands, experts and services for their product innovation, effectiveness and popularity. Clinics are also rewarded for exceptional experiences and outstanding service to their consumers and there is a media category to highlight journalists and TV which are promoting the industry to consumers.

The awards are attended by leading health and beauty professionals, beauty brands, journalists, TV personalities and celebrities and because the awards are voted on by the consumer the process is more transparent, fair and meaningful to the winners.

The Awards evening will consist of a drinks reception and exquisite three course dinner held in a themed room entitled Golden Masquerade. There will be West End entertainment and other surprises on the night.
