Concluding five sun soaked weeks of Hackney Wick’s Kopparberg Urban Forest, this Wednesday electro-funk legends Chromeo will take to the stage to kick off the final week in style.

Starting the week with a bang, the Montreal-born duo will entertain crowds with a fun-filled DJ set of infectious tunes that we dare you not to dance to. Expect big hitters from a back catalogue including tracks such as ‘Sexy Socialite’, ‘Hot Mess’ and ‘You’re so Gangsta’.

Following Chromeo’s fancy footwork and maintaining the high-energy of Kopparberg Urban Forest on Thursday will be The Cuban Brothers with their jaw-dropping b-boy action and riotous comedy.

The rest of the week will be headlined by pop-infused band Citizens!, dance DJs The Date, Josef Salvat and Sweden’s own dreamy sensation, Summer Heart who will bring Kopparberg Urban Forest to a fitting close on Sunday 12th July.

In an exclusive partnership with Spotify, Kopparberg Urban Forest has worked with artists playing the festival to curate special summer playlists so that fans across the UK can tune in from anywhere. Playlists from the following acts are currently available at these links: DJ Yoda, Slow Club, The Sunshine Underground, Submotion Orchestra, Youth Club, Vanbot, Summer Heart, XOV, Heart / Dancer, and Karin Park.

Entwined in Hackney Wick, Kopparberg Urban Forest is a free event that sees Swedish and London culture collide in a heady mix of live music, street food and drink.

Entry to Kopparberg Urban Forest will be free and open to over 18s only.
