Innovative chef Bruno Loubet, the visionary behind the popular Grain Store restaurant in King’s Cross, will host a multi-sensory evening for food lovers at La Maison Maille in London’s Piccadilly.

About: Held at La Maison Maille in London’s Piccadilly, this gourmet event is a unique opportunity for food and wine connoisseurs to spend an evening with Maille’s Consultant Chef Bruno Loubet.

The intimate evening will celebrate the flavours of the autumnal season, as he takes guests through the passions for artisanal techniques learned whilst growing up in rural Bordeaux, such as foraging for ceps and wild mushrooms.

Bruno Loubet will take guests through his culinary approach of bringing together three or four elements in perfect balance, highlighting the delicate flavours of each – whilst creating gourmet recipes for guests to taste and try techniques for themselves.

As part of his collaboration with premium French mustard Maille, a documentary film of his most recent foraging expedition will be premiered on the evening, alongside delicious canapés inspired by the dish that he created on the trip.

As part of the evening, guests will receive a tour of the Maille Boutique, with the opportunity to samples the premium mustards, cornichons and vinegars on offer with tasting notes from the store’s mustard sommelier. These can be tasted directly from the unique Maille mustard pumps in-store, where their selection of condiment can be freshly filled into earthenware pots and refilled at their next visit.
