These two neighbours, from either side of the Welsh/English border, have joined forces to offer the chance for an established or novice mixologist to see their creation take pride of place on the drinks menu at
The Whip, the esteemed drinking establishment in Mayfair.

So be creative, be bold, be different. Four finalists will prepare their cocktails for our judges – Owner & Founder of Chase Spirits, James Chase, Owner & Founder of Heartsease Farm, William Watkins… and one mystery judge.
