LONDON EATERIES – Spring Workshop, an exciting new all-day café, to open in Mayfair
Spring Workshop, a new all-day café and evening bar will open in Mayfair in January. Beyond breakfast, lunch, and early evening options, Spring Workshop is focused on engaging the local community and encouraging social mobility.
Spring Workshop is a real coffee destination whether to enjoy in the café space or ‘to go’. Open Monday – Friday, breakfast will feature French toast; egg dishes and organic porridge, alongside freshly brewed Hej Coffee from Bermondsey. Lunch options will include a selection of deli sandwiches, freshly made seasonal salads, daily changing soups, and a selection of tasty toppings on toast. The evening offer will be the sharing platters of charcuterie and cheeses from Neal’s Yard, paired with a small selection of carefully chosen wines and London craft beers.
Spring Workshop will support social mobility within London and the local community, offering talented individuals employment, apprenticeships, and work experience irrespective of their background. Profits and tips will be donated to charities supporting social mobility.
Alongside poet and Community Champion Karl Lokko, Spring Workshop will be hosting a series of poetry nights and book clubs, as well as regular literacy events, and a coffee training scheme for homeless.
With oak wood countertops and tables, Spring Workshop’s spacious interior will be ideal for a quick coffee or pick-me-up whilst shopping in the West End, relaxing lunches, casual work meetings, and an office on the go.
