LONDON EATERIES – Burns night in London Town at Outlaw’s at The Capital

In celebration of Burns Night on 25th January, Michelin-stared Outlaw’s at The Capital, will be serving a special five-course menu of Scottish inspired dishes priced at £75, each can also be paired with its own carefully selected whisky, at an additional £39. The tasting menu includes Scottish Scallops and Haggis with Celeriac Broth and Apple; a Cod & Ox Cheek Stew with Neeps and Tatties; and a Chocolate Mousse with Orange, Innis and Gunn Ale.

The menu has been created by acclaimed chef Nathan Outlaw, alongside The Capital’s Bar Manager, Cesar Da Silva who, as the UK’s youngest Keeper of the Quaich, has been noted for his passion for and contribution to the Scotch whisky industry.

Guests looking for an alternative experience can opt for a whisky cocktail, or whisky and cheese pairing experience in the Capital Bar, where Cesar will be on hand to share his expertise on all things whisky related. Well known for its extensive whisky collection, The Capital Bar houses a number of classic bottles, as well as 35 – 50 year old specimens, making it a favourite with connoisseurs of the spirit.
