LONDON EATERIES – Quaglino’s Bottomless Bubbles Q Brunch Launching This April
This Sunday (3rd April), Mayfair’s iconic Quaglino’s will launch the sumpstous ‘Q Brunch’ offering guests an indulgent midday dining experience serving up bottomless bubbles and brunch classics with a decadent twist.
Created and developed by renowned Executive Head Chef Mickael Weiss, the ‘Q Brunch’ invites guests to enjoy an endless flow of bubbles alongside an array of delectable dishes, with brunch classics like the Ham & Gruyere Omelette served up alongside more decadent offerings like the Mushroom ‘Croque Demoiselle’. Following it’s Sunday launch on 3 April, ‘Q Brunch’ will be available every Saturday and Sunday between 11:30am and 2:45pm, with menu options priced at £25.00/person for two courses or £29.00/person for three courses, with the option to add bottomless prosecco for just £15.00.
‘Q Brunch’ will cater to all palettes and preferences, featuring lighter options such as the Cauliflower & Truffle Velouté, Smoked Ham Hock & Wild Mushroom Terrine and the London Cured Smoked Salmon, along with a wide selection of decadent dishes like the Cured Ham ‘Croque Monsieur’, Hand-chopped Beef Tartare with Oyster Emulsion and Eggs Royal, Eggs Benedict and Eggs Florentine for the more well-appetised brunch-goers. Those after a more sweet than savoury fix can opt for items like the Buttermilk Vanilla Panacotta with Blackberry and Violet Sorbet, Li-Chu Weiss Fondant or the Passion Fruit Pavlova with White Chocolate Chantilly, to be enjoyed in the glamorous surrounds of Quaglino’s lavish art-deco interior.
