LONDON EATERIES – Chef-designed dishes are now easy to order thanks to EatFirst, the online restaurant in London
Having a brunch has been trendy for a while, but it can be difficult to find a good brunch at a reasonable price. We tried ‘EatFirst’ and can report that is amazing. EatFirst are chef-designed dishes that you can order everywhere. You simply to go on the website (visit http://www.eatfirst.com) or download the app on your phone.
The prices are great value (from £3.95) and the food is incredibly tasty. It’s a new type of food, based on toast, with well-married food. We tried the Berlin Brunch Menu which is available only for a short time (May to August), so try it as soon as possible!
Here is a small selection of what we tried, which we definitely recommend for you!
For us, the best was:
– Avocado & Beetroot Slider: Served on a thick slice of rustic sourdough, generous layers of avocado atop beetroot hummus and spinach leaves. Sprinkled with sea salt, toasted sesame seeds, micro greens, lemon zest and organic honey.
– Goats Cheese & Strawberry Slider: A thick slice of rustic sourdough with lamb’s lettuce, sliced honeyed goat’s cheese, fresh strawberries topped with crushed hazelnuts and wild thyme.
– Almond Butter, Banana, Quark Sourdough: Freshly made almond butter smothered on a thick slice of sourdough with sliced banana, thick churned quark, amaranth and chia granola topped with organic honey and thyme.
EatFirst is definitely the new app you need to have on your phone, especially when the weather is better and you can’t wait to have a picnic in Primrose Hill or Regent’s Park!
