LONDON EVENTS – A Walk Through Time – 150 years at Connaught Village

The Church Commissioners celebrated 150 years owning the Hyde Park Estate, dating back to 1868. Connaught Village, the beautiful Georgian village celebrated the notable anniversary with a free community party, in the summer sunshine. The party atmosphere elevated in the air with music, ice cream and jelly. Keeping the energy high was the actors representing the eras and entertaining the guests with whims and skits from the last 150 years. The feel-good factor emanated across the independent retailers such as Dawn Green at Kokoro, Lucy Choi London, The Place London and Buchanans Cheesemongers, offering exclusive in-store offers and workshops. Hyde Park Veterinary Centre was in pooch heaven offering dog photography with a choice of historical backdrops.
