LONDON EATERIES – Create memories at the Bocconcino Restaurant in Mayfair
The Bocconcino Restaurant is encased by a beautiful building elegantly dressed
with flowers and conveniently set right in the heart of Mayfair on Berkeley Street. Right from the moment you set eyes on the building you are tempted to go in.
As you enter you are met by friendly staff and an enticing spiral staircase. The decor is a mixture of elegance with a hint of French style. The low lighting creates a romantic mood, with stunning exposed brick to complement the setting.
As we arrived the sommelier introduced himself and selected a delicious wine which married well with our fish meals. The menu will tempt any foodie, a wonderful selection to choose from. The only problem you may have is deciding what will entice you and the food is well priced for a high end menu.
The Scallops served with a cauliflower purée and bottarga arrived beautiful browned and perfectly cooked, additional fish bottarga helped to create the perfect dish. A fish lovers delight which was beautifully presented, both delicate and tasty.
The Dorset crab salad with avocado tomato was a beautifully prepared zingy dish, that has a bite to it. Fresh avocado, mashed with Dorset crab and fresh tomatoes. You can literally taste the freshness with every bite.
We ended our perfect meal with tiramisu which was perfectly balanced with a fluffy texture, perfect to melt in your mouth and the hands down is the best I have ever tasted.

Ingredients are key to recreating the authentic flavours of Italy, and the produce will always be the star of a dish at Bocconcino”.
