LONDON EVENTS – How The Grind Stole Christmas
Grind, the group behind Shoreditch Grind, is pleased to announce its Christmas Dinner offering at their flagship London Grind restaurant. The seasonal menu will offer four courses consisting of carefully sources meats and cheese, sharing plates and big festive specials, served family-style in the middle of the table. The restaurant will also be catering to larger parties, with a ‘standing menu’ featuring small dishes, which are a long way from the typical canapé.
With Borough Market at its doorstep, the chef at London Grind has worked closely with market traders to source fresh, organic and local ingredients at every opportunity. For those who are tired of the usual turkey and potatoes fare, London Grind have created an indulgent four course feast with whole salt-baked salmon, roasted whole chicken, lamb rack, taking center stage – all served with seasonal vegetables. Deserts come in the form of Christmas banana bread with brandy, and Coffee chocolate brownie topped with ice cream.
The second menu, designed to be enjoyed standing (or dancing) includes three courses, beginning with meats and cheeses, followed by a selection of small dishes such as squid and baby octopus fritti, endive and blue cheese arancini, and San Daniele and smoked mozzarella croquettes followed by an array of deserts.
To make the experience as enjoyable as possible, Grind has added two extra incentives as Christmas gifts to all parties booked. To kick off the party season a complimentary bottle of prosecco will be sent upon booking and to cure all hangovers, Grind will deliver their famous coffee to your office after the party.
Grind’s other venues, Shoreditch Grind, Holborn Grind and Soho Grind will also be offering a Christmas Party menu, so whatever the size and requirements, Grind will offer a solution.
